‘Thaal’ is a large dish from which 8 to 9 people of the Dawoodi Bohra community eat food together in sitting on the ground.
The new design is inspired by sectioned plates found in canteens and is made understanding the social patterns, traditions, principles, needs of the community and its various stakeholders. Sustainability, longevity and reduction in the use of melamine crockery without creating a new need along with the product is the primary objective of this design.
